Sumner County Properties, the practice of Denise Lynch at EXIT Real Estate Solutions, uses this site to answer questions and to receive requests from buyers and sellers.

What the forms collect

Forms ask for your name, email, phone, and the details you choose to share, such as an address or a town. They also store the page you were on, the referrer, campaign parameters such as utm_source, and the exact optional consent text plus whether you checked the box and when the form was submitted.

How leads are sent

Submissions are saved on the server and posted to a webhook URL when one is set in config.php. If no webhook is set, the site emails the fallback address. Do not send sensitive financial account numbers through the form.

Cookies and analytics

The site can load Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager only after those IDs are entered in config.php. Until then, it does not load those scripts. A small note in the browser remembers that you dismissed the cookie message.
